Santa for Hire DFW! Personal Visits With Santa!

Caypay and Howington Enterprises would like to bring you personalized visits with Santa for your holiday parties.

Santa has over 25 years of experience delivering gifts, entertaining children, and bringing holiday cheer to your home and get-togethers.

He can visit your home (or party) to drop off gifts, serve as a Master of Ceremonies, perform traditional visits where children of all ages tell Santa what they would like for Christmas, or just be a guest and bring holiday cheer. Like him to do something else? Just ask!

Gift service (delivery of gifts to guests), gift wrapping, and photo service also available for additional costs. Discounts giving for non-profits. See below for details.

Santa and Mrs. Clause Rate Schedule:

From Now till Christmas Eve:
$35 / hour (minimum 2 hours) or $45 for a "Quick Visit" (up to 45 minutes)
For Mrs. Clause to accompany Santa: Add $10 / hour or $10 to "Quick Visit"

Christmas Eve Prices:
Before 5 pm: $50 / hour (minimum 2 hours) or $75 for a "Quick Visit"
After 5 pm: $75 / Hour (minimum 2 hours) or $100 for a "Quick Visit"

Christmas Day Prices:
$75 / Hour (minimum 2 hours) or $100 for a "Quick Visit"
For Mrs. Clause to accompany Santa on Christmas Eve / Day: Add $20 / hour or $20 to "Quick Visit" for Mrs. Clause

Gift service (delivering gifts to people at party): $25 for pick up and transportation of gifts.
~Must pick up gifts no later than 24 hours before scheduled appearance (and before Christmas Eve) / clients must provide gifts.
~Must fit in Santa’s bag or client shall provide or pay for additional bags.
~If labeled, need correct spelling of names and easily identifiable presents
~Not responsible for broken / damaged / lost gifts.

~Additional bags: $2 (if client provides bags) extra ($25 + $2 / per bag)
~Additional bags (not provided by client): $7 extra ($25 + $7 / per bag); client may keep bag on request

Items that won’t fit in Santa’s bag: $15 extra ($25 + $15)
~Not over 25 pounds

~Santa will deliver gifts onsite (at the party / event or given at event before main entrance) for no additional charge.

Gift wrapping:
Small gifts: $2 / present
Medium gifts: $5 / present
Large gifts: $7 / present
Bag gifts (medium) / odd shaped gifts: $5 / present
Gift baskets: $11 / present (wrapping and combinations)
~Not over 25 pounds

~Must pick up gifts day before scheduled appearance / clients must provide gifts
~Not responsible for broken / damaged / lost gifts.
~If labeled, need correct spelling of names and easily identifiable presents

Photos with Santa (clients can take their own pictures, these prices are for if we need to provide a picture service):
Digital Photos with Santa (Santa’s Lap): $3 / picture
Digital Photos of Santa at event: $35 / hour
~No prints
~Client will either be emailed pics or can arrange to have them burned and mailed or picked up.
~Photo editing available
~Client must providing setting / environment

Non-Profit events are subject to a discount upon approval.

Deposit / payment info:
There is no deposit, however full payment information and contact information will be required at time of reservation.
Full payment will be due in form of Paypal, cash, or check at time of visit. Prepaying is acceptable via Paypal or at time of gift exchange. Credit cards can only be accepted via Paypal (please ask for address).

Invoice / final total will be sent to client at least 24 hours before scheduled appearance. Client will also be contacted 48 – 24 hours before scheduled appearance for confirmation.

Cancellation policy:
Must cancel 48 hours before scheduled appearance; must make any changes or requests 48 hours before scheduled appearance.

Failure to cancel or make changes within the 48 hour period will result in a charge of $35.

$45 fee for all returned checks.

Traveling / Service Area:
Santa is based in Dallas, but can visit you anywhere! If Santa has to travel more than 60 miles (round trip) from the intersection of 635 / HWY 75 (in Dallas) or 635 / I-30 (in Mesquite) there will be an additional charge of $35 to cover time and travel expenses.

Additional Info:
Santa will always be accompanied by at least one other person; he will never “visit” by himself or out of costume. Santa is not a real beard Santa. He prefers not to eat in costume. Santa loves pets, but sometimes they don’t love him, please be prepared to restrain or kennel them if he asks. Santa will also bring candy canes for each child (and usually each member of the party); you can request that he not do this, or if you would like to substitute something else, client will need to provide and assume costs for the substitution. Santa and his companion(s) have the right to terminate the visit at any time if either party feels unsafe for any reason. Client will still be accountable for payment of full scheduled visit in case of termination for any reason. Client also assumes all liability in the instance of any injury or accident to any members of the party or Santa and his companion(s).
