Santa and Mrs. Clause Rate Schedule:
From
Now till Christmas Eve:
$60 / hour (minimum 2 hours) or $75 for a "Quick Visit" (up to 45 minutes)
For Mrs. Clause to accompany Santa: Add $15 / hour or $20 to "Quick Visit"
Christmas Eve Prices:
Before 5 pm: $75 / hour (minimum 2 hours) or $100 for a "Quick Visit"
After 5 pm: $100 / Hour (minimum 2 hours) or $125 for a "Quick Visit"
Christmas Day Prices:
$75 / Hour (minimum 2 hours) or $125 for a "Quick Visit"
For Mrs. Clause to accompany Santa on Christmas Eve / Day: Add $20 / hour
or $25 to "Quick Visit" for Mrs. Clause
Pro-Rating Available.
Monday - Friday, till 7 pm, visits
require at least a 2 week notice, are case by case, and are subject to
additional charges.

Gift service (delivering gifts to people at
party):
Usually gifts are given to Santa when
he arrives, before he makes his entrance, and he passes them out to guests;
there is no charge for this service.
If the gifts need to be
picked up before the event, there is a $25 charge to pick up and transport
gifts before the event.
~Must
pick up gifts no later than 72 hours before scheduled appearance (no later
than December 20, 2011) / clients must provide gifts.
~Must fit in Santa’s bag or client shall provide additional
bags.
~If labeled, please include the correct spelling of names and make the
presents easily identifiable.
~Not responsible for broken / damaged / lost gifts.
Items that won’t fit in Santa’s bag: $15 extra ($25 + $15)
~Not over 25 pounds
~Only applies to items Santa
and his helper's need to transport. Items already onsite do not
apply, however, if they are over 25 pounds, please be prepared to help
Santa and / or his helpers.

Gift Wrapping and Decorating:
Santa’s helpers can help you
with gift wrapping, party planning, and decorating for an hourly charge of
$15 / hour per person (on site or off). This also includes charges if Santa and his
helpers need to show up early to an event to help with set-up or tear-down.
For off-site gift wrapping, gifts must be
given to Santa’s helpers 72 hours before an event. Ideally,
the client will pick up and drop off gifts, but if not, travel charges
(same as below) may apply.
~Gifts should not be over 25 pounds
~Gifts
and gift wrap provided by client (if wrap is not provided, add an
additional $5 per hour)
~Not responsible for broken / damaged / lost gifts.

presents
Photos with Santa (clients can take their own pictures, these prices
are applicable to picture services provided by Santa For Hire DFW):
Digital
Photos of Santa at event (either party shots or portraits): $35 / hour
~No
prints
~Client will either be emailed pictures or can arrange to have them burned
to a CD and mailed or picked up.

~Client must providing setting / environment
(If
you need a print-on-site photographer, or a professional photographer,
please contact us, we can recommend someone.)
Deposit / payment info:
There is no deposit required at time of booking / confirmation, however
full payment information and contact information will be required at time
of reservation.
In order
to confirm a reservation, clients must read through and agree to all the
terms, included here, in writing. Replying directly to an email with these terms
disclosed is considered a binding contract between the party requesting the
“visit” and making the reservation and staff at Santa for Hire DFW.
Payments accepted are: Paypal, cash, or check.
Credit
cards can only be accepted via Paypal (please ask for address); an
additional 3% fee is required when using Paypal.
Prepaying is also accepted (please ask for address).
If you
are paying at the time of visit, please give all payments to one of Santa’s
helpers. We try to be very discrete when dealing with payment at events
so we do not upset or interrupt the guests (especially the small ones -- we
don't want them to see Santa accepting money).
Invoice / final total will be sent to client at least 24 hours before
scheduled appearance, and copy will be delivered during the event unless
requested otherwise by the client. Client will also be contacted 48 – 24 hours before
scheduled appearance for confirmation.

$45
fee for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Change policy:
Must
cancel 48 hours before scheduled appearance; must make any changes or
requests 48 hours before scheduled appearance.
Failure to cancel or make changes within the 48 hour period will result in
a charge of $35 and possible shortening and cancellation of visit.
Please understand that you will still be responsible for payment of the
full scheduled visit.
Traveling / Service Area:
Santa is based in Dallas, but can visit you anywhere! If Santa has
to travel more than 45 miles (round trip) from the intersection of 635 /
HWY 75 (in Dallas) or 635 / I-30 (in Mesquite) there will be an additional
charge of $35 to cover time and travel expenses.
Additional Info:
~We
anticipate Santa to be a “real beard” Santa for the 2011 season. However,
if he is not able to, he does have a high quality theatrical beard. Client
will be notified at least 24 hours of scheduled visit if Santa will have a
real beard or not. If not, the client can choose to cancel the visit at no
cost or will receive a discounted rate.
~Santa
will always be accompanied by at least one other person; he will never
“visit” by himself or out of costume.
~He
prefers not to eat in costume.
~Santa
loves pets, but sometimes they don’t love him, please be prepared to
restrain or kennel them if he asks.
~Santa
will also bring candy canes for each child (and usually each member of the
party); you can request that he not do this, or if you would like to
substitute something else, in which case the client will need to provide and assume costs for
the substitution.
~We try our best to be there on time, but cannot
guarantee an on time arrival,
especially when dealing with high traffic times or busy nights (like
Christmas Eve), so please be patient and understand that there are things
Santa cannot control. One of Santa's helpers will notify you when
they are enroute and provide you with updates as to their ETA while in
transit.
Typically though, Santa arrives early.
~For events longer than 3 hours,
additional requests maybe made to accommodate Santa.
~Santa
and his companion(s) / helper(s) have the right to terminate the visit at
any time if either party feels unsafe for any reason. Client will still be
accountable for payment of full scheduled visit in case of termination for
any reason.
~Client
also assumes all liability in the instance of any injury or accident to any
members of the party or Santa and his companion(s).
